The Department of Housing advises:
(1)-(2) [See tabled paper no.]
The figure of 100 dwellings represents the commencement target in 2011-2012 of Mental Health Commission Combined Capital Bid program properties to be provided state-wide.  All properties are being purchased from the open market. In the South West electoral region nine properties were purchased in 2011-12 and four properties in 2012-13, totalling 13. Delays between completion and occupation dates can occur when property improvements and maintenance is required.
(3) Commitment to date for the delivery of 82 dwellings state-wide is $ 35.91 million. The Department will use the balance of the $ 46.5 million budget allocated to this program to deliver a further 18 dwellings.
(4) 100 per cent State Government funds.
