(a) PCA 145 (Malaga) – 150.6 hectares; PCA 148 (Whiteman Park) – 108 hectares; PCA 149 (Bennett Springs) – 48.2 hectares
(b) The purpose of these planning control areas is to facilitate development of the land for Railway purposes.
