(2) The boards of the nine development commissions met on various dates to consider the regional grants scheme applications. (3) 15 August 2011. (4) Grant payments will be issued by the relevant development commissions to the successful applicants upon the applicants meeting agreed milestone requirements as specified in the grant agreements between the development commissions and the applicants.
