(1) The Health Department of Western Australia has prepared the Draft Code of Practice for Bulk Cartage of Water. This Draft Code has been circulated for public comment, particularly industry. The Draft Code of Practice for Bulk Cartage of Water has been formulated as part of comprehensive review of drinking water legislation, the Health (Drinking Water) Regulations.
