(2) Yes. The need to strike an appropriate balance between pedestrian and cyclist use of dual pathways is appreciated. The Department of Planning and Infrastructure produces several pamphlets dealing with pedestrians and cyclists using shared paths. These include "Cycling on Roads and Shared Paths" and "Cycling and the Law" .
