(1) Will the Minister advise if she has ever received advice from any member of the Police Department or the Justice department to the effect that criminal court cases should be held in a court convened on prison grounds thus alleviating the need to transfer prisoners to Court?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Minister advise the name of the person making that recommendation on each occasion and the exact nature of the advice given and the date that the Minister or her office received that advice?
