For each prison facility, will the Minister please advise of the following for the years 2000-2001, 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 to date -
(1) How many prisoners were tested for drug use, both as a total number and as a percentage of the prison population?
(2) What was the number of prisoners that tested positive for illegal drug use, both as a number and a percentage of the prison population?
(3) On how many occasions were illegal drugs found and seized?
(4) What substances and quantities were involved?
(5) How many prisoners were involved in drug treatment programs, both as a number and a percentage of the prison population?
(6) How many prisoners were involved in drug awareness programs, both as a number and a percentage of the prison population?
