(d) contract completion (e.g. contract ceased by time or function completion)?
(1-3) Attached are details relating to public servants earning in excess of $100 000 per year, that have received a management initiated retirement or voluntary severance termination payment exceeding their salary, for each year since February 2001. [see tabled paper no] The specific details pertaining to (1a-c) and (3a) (3c-d) is not readily available. Provision of this information would require considerable research, which would divert staff attention away from their normal duties and I am not prepared to allocate the State's resources to provide a response. If the Member has a specific inquiry I will endeavour to provide a reply.
