(1) The Department of Education and Training has an assessment process which compares primary schools against generic briefs, which include upgrades to administration areas, covered assemblies, library resource centres, toilets and student service facilities. Priorities are considered on a State-wide basis annually to determine projects for feasibility studies and to frame a program against the budget allocation for recommendation to the Minister for Education.
(2) The Department of Education and Training is currently formulating a priority list for 2009/2010.
(3) & (4) The priority list for the North Metropolitan area has not yet been completed.
