(1) Yes, Improvement and Prohibition Notices were issued under the Mines Safety Inspection Act 1994 by officers of the mines inspectorate of the Department of Consumer Employment Protection (DOCEP), formerly located within the Department of Industry and Resources (DoIR). However, no work orders or notices relating to dust or other issues were issued by DoIR pursuant to the Mining Act 1978 and/or Mining Regulations 1981 . (2) Not applicable.
