cost incurred to date for the creative development and advertising for the

(2) What is the total budgeted cost

(3) How many SMS
messages has the WA Police Force sent in relation to the reforms and what is
the associated cost to date?
(4) Has the WA Police Force received any complaints
about the use of police databases and contact information to promote
