In relation to the total estimated cost of the Tonkin Highway Stage 3 extension, which is $505 million, I ask: (a) can the Minister please advise how the remaining $252 million is being funded (for example: by the State Government, private contributions by local developers, value capture tax etc.); (b) what is being done to secure the remaining $252 million required for the project; (c) can the Minister confirm that the McGowan Government view the Tonkin Highway Stage 3 Extension as a priority project; and (d) if the McGowan Government does not view the Tonkin Highway Stage 3 Extension as a priority project, please outline the reasons why?

It should be noted that the Member for Darling Range was a member of the Legislative Council for the East Metropolitan Region for eight and a half years. The East Metropolitan Region encompasses the Darling Range electorate and the Member did not once raise the Tonkin Highway extension in Parliament during this time.
