(a) Data of this nature is not readily available as most visits to clients within the community are documented against each relevant client's record and would require considerable research and diversion of staff resources to provide this information.
(b) As part of case management, officers routinely attend the community for the purpose of delivering warning letters to offenders, performing accommodation assessments or verifying information.
(c) Calls are frequently made to Cullacabardee community in accordance with supervising offenders. This data is not readily available and considerable research of all relevant client files would be required to provide an answer.
(d) Officers call residents, elders and officials of the community to discuss matters relevant to the supervision of offenders and to verifying information.
