(a) State Planning Policy 3.7: Planning in Bushfire Prone Areas (SPP) was gazetted in December 2015. The policy is being reviewed and will be publicly advertised as part of the review process.
(b) Planning Bulletin 111/2-16: Planning in bushfire prone areas (October 2016) and Position Statement: Tourism land uses in bushfire prone areas (November 2019) guide decision makers in the consideration of applications related to short stay accommodation on Molloy Island.
