(a) 10-19 years;
(b) 20-29 years;
(c) 30-39 years;
(d) 40-49 years;
(e) 50-59 years; and
(f) 60 -69 years?

(i) 1 July 2001 – 30 June 2002;
(ii) 1 July 2002 - 30 June 2003;
(iii) 1 July 2003 – 30 June 2004;
