I refer to the Solar Thermal power project, listed as a priority project in the Morowa SuperTown Growth and Implementation Plan and ask: (a) how much funding has the project received for the financial years: (i) 2011–2012; and (ii) 2012–2013; (b) how much funding has been allocated for the project for the financial years: (i) 2013–2014; (ii) 2014–2015; and (iii) 2016–2017; and (c) what is the expected completion date for the project?

(a) (i)-(ii) On 28 June 2012, $500 000 was deposited into the relevant Shire account.
(c) The project completion date as stated in the financial assistance agreement was 31 December 2013. However, the Shire is seeking to reallocate these funds to another project and is in discussions with the Department of Regional Development.
