I refer to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and I ask: (a) how many people living with a disability in the lower South West have been assessed as eligible for a package under the NDIS; (b) how many of the people deemed eligible are currently receiving a package; (c) how many of the people deemed eligible are still are waiting to receive a package; (d) what is the reason for the delay in allocating a package; and (e) how long has each person been waiting?

(a) As at 30 September 2014, 518 people have been found eligible for WA NDIS My Way in the Lower South West and are actively engaged with a My Way Coordinator in developing and implementing their plans.
(b) Over 450 people have approved plans, of which 352 required funding and 97 did not require funding.
(c) Sixty nine people have either a plan in place which is under review or have a plan in development.
(d) There is no delay in allocation.
(e) Not applicable.
