I refer to WA Labor’s 2025 State Election commitment to deliver $10.5 million to build a new performing arts centre at Woodvale Secondary College, and I ask: (a) Is the State Government still fully funding this $10.5 million commitment; (b) What is the current status of the project; and (c) Will the project deliver a “new” performing arts centre as promised, or will it now take the form of a renovation of other facilities into a performing arts centre?

(a)-(c)
The Cook Labor Government is committed to delivering on our election commitments. Funding was provided as part of the 2025-26 Budget to progress planning. The scope of the project has not changed. Woodvale Secondary College will receive a new $10.5 million performing arts centre, delivered through major works to an existing space at the school. The Department of Education continues to work closely with the college.
