(a) Consistent with previous practices for the Stokes Review IPG meetings, the minutes were not provided to the Minister. The final report was sent to the Minister’s Office on 23 August 2016.
(b) The Minister has recently endorsed the final report and an updated, final dashboard is being prepared to be made publicly available on the Mental Health Commission website.
(c) The suite of Statewide Standardised Clinical Documentation (SSCD), which includes seven adult and six child and adolescent documents were finalised and mandated on 4 June 2014 when the Department of Health (DoH) issued the statewide SSCD policy.
(d) The action is marked complete based on finalising the SSCD suite and releasing the statewide policy. Whilst DoH is working towards the electronic capture of the data, the intent of recommendation 1.1.3 was to develop and implement standardised documentation. The PSOLIS implementation of the SSCD suite is the second phase, which is overseen by DoH’s PSOLIS Governance Committee (PGC).
