(a)   Active.
(b)  The pastoral lessees have provided in-principle consent for the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage to negotiate an option to lease under section 88 of the Land Administration Act 1997.
(c)   The Department is consulting with all relevant interest holders as part of the option to lease application.
