1048. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to school psychologists.
(1) For the 2018
and 2019 school years what is the ratio of appointed school psychologists to
students in —
(a) secondary
schools and district high schools;
(b) primary
schools;
(c) educational
support and remote community schools; and
(d) others not
listed in (a) to (c)?
(2) Will the
minister provide a breakdown, by service, of the number of psychologists
employed by the department in other service areas not already identified in
answer to (1)?

submitted on 24 September and my answer then was that I was unable to provide
an answer on that day as the information was not able to be provided in the
time frame. I undertook to provide an answer to this question on 13 October
