I refer to Figure 3 in the document Irvine Island Project Explanatory Document for Referral prepared for Pluton Resources Ltd of August 2011, and ask -
(1) Is any activity occurring in the areas of 'very significant cultural heritage importance' that are outside of the footprint shown in Figure 3 that are meant to be protected from any potential impact of the Pluton proposal?
(2) If yes to (1), why and on whom's authority?
(3) If yes to (1), what is the nature of that activity?
(4) If yes to (1), were the Mayala traditional owners or representatives advised?
(5) If yes to (1), has the Environmental Protection Authority or Department of Environment and Conservation received any advice from any party or agency on this matter?
(6) If yes to (5), what was that advice and from whom did it come?
(7) If yes to (4), on what date and who was advised?

(1) The Office of the Environmental Protection Authority has advised that it is not aware of Pluton Resources Limited undertaking any activity in areas identified in Pluton's referral to the Environmental Protection Authority as 'very significant cultural heritage importance' on Irvine Island.
