I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment (Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery – Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct Summary Assessment Report), released in February 2026, which emphasised that the assessment occurred at an early stage of design development, and I ask: (a) has the full detailed design now been completed; (b) if yes to (a), can the Minister table the final scope of works; and (c) if no to (a), what stage of design development has currently been reached?
