(1) The three-day course objectives are to provide participants with a working knowledge of best practice in project management as applied to the development of recreation sites and facilities, including an understanding of project planning and control procedures, resource management and project related risk management.
(2) The course does not cover subjects/topics/material that participants should already know.
(2)(a) The new skills acquired are outlined in the response to (1) above.
(2)(b) This is a three-day course held on-site in Departmental facilities. Participants will attend as part of their normal duties.
