(1) The availability of the Forest Management Plan 2004-2013 was published in the Government Gazette, on the websites of the Conservation Commission of Western Australia, the Department of Conservation and Land Management and the Forest Products Commission, and was advertised in newspapers and on television.
(2) The advertisement published on page 36 of The West Australian on 4 February was run tree times in that paper and once in the Sunday Times.
