(b) Components - base salary + super (9.25%). Total Package - $560,474
(c)  2008 - 4.70%
2009 - 3.00 %
2010 - 20.56% (higher % increase was a result of an external and independent salary review conducted by Mercer. This company specialises in benchmarking CEO remuneration nationally and Mercer's recommendation was endorsed by the board.)
2011 - 9.62% (this year CEO's salary included an allowance for work related travel and communication expenses, which the CEO had previously paid himself the previous three years)
