DIMER — GRAYLANDS HOSPITAL
317. Hon SALLY TALBOT to the Attorney General representing
the Minister for Police:
I refer to question without notice 202 and advice from the
Minister for Mental Health that one of the occasions on which Tristan Dimer was
detained in Graylands Hospital was under hospital orders from the Midland
Magistrates Court.
(1) On 3
January 2013, where and when was Mr Dimer arrested; what was his charge; and
where was he detained between the time he was arrested and his appearance in
the Midland court on 4 January?
(2) On whose
advice did the police tell the court that Mr Dimer could be suffering a mental
impairment and request a seven-day hospital order?
