Can the Minister please outline fully the charges levied by the Water Corporation in relation to the laying of approximately 80 meters of pipeline and the instillation of one water meter for the provision of water to the Shire of Shark Bay cemetery in 2002?

The mains extension to the cemetery was constructed in August 2002. The method of costing for this water mains extension is the same as that applied to all local governments throughout the State. The cost of providing 160 metres of the water supply main was based on: Application Fees and Headworks $2,150 Materials $2,530 Labour $3,125 Machinery hire $1,540 Other (survey, testing and inspections, etc) $2,699 GST $ 989 10 Year Revenue discount ($1,537) Refund of quotation fee ($57) Total charges $11,439
