(a) The provision for the artwork is included in the capital cost of the construction of the FESA Head Quarters at Cockburn Central and is therefore not subject to the efficiency dividend as this dividend is imposed on recurrent funding only.
Construction of FESA Head Quarters at Cockburn Central will be subject to the outcome of the Governments Capital Works Audit review in accordance with the 2009/10 budget process.
