(1)The program in Western Australia commenced towards the end of the 2018-19 financial year therefore the $1.35 million initially indicated for 2018-19 was subsequently included in the total funding available for 2019-20.
(2) Rebates were not paid in 2018-19 as the program commenced towards the end of the 2018-19 financial year. Rebate payments for eligible works completed in the 2018-19 year have been paid in 2019-20.

(5) The Western Australian Scheme agreement was signed by the Commonwealth and State Governments on 4 April 2019. The scheme was launched in Western Australia on 8 May 2019. The Commonwealth is yet to provide reimbursement for any rebates approved and paid by the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
(6) Processing of applications commenced on 21 May 2019 when the first application was received by the Department. No funding has yet been received from the Commonwealth Government.
(7) 252 applications with works completed in the 2018-19 financial year were successful for funding.
(8) 1 application did not successfully meet the funding criteria set by the Commonwealth for 2018-19.
