(1) There is no specific amount of arrears that will prompt action by the Department of Housing Works. The Department brings arrears to a tenant's attention as soon as possible so that an affordable payment arrangement can be negotiated. Failure to enter into an agreement to repay and maintain payments will result in a tenancy being terminated.
