(1) Will the Minister state the length of time taken for each Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee (ACMC) meeting in the six months prior to the appointment of the current Chair of the ACMC and the subsequent length of time taken for each ACMC meeting held under his Chairmanship? (2) Has the Chair at any time advised the ACMC that a mythological site cannot be a site for purposes of section 5b of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 on the basis that there is no evidence of ‘religious activity’ associated with the site? (3) If yes to (2), on which occasions and in relation to which sites?

1. Yes. Please refer to tabled paper. The agenda determines the length of a meeting and, therefore, the length of meetings will vary.
