refer to the allocation of $187.9 million announced in November 2010 for rail
re-sleepering works and rail siding upgrades on the tier 1 and 2 rail lines.
(1) How much of
this money has been spent to date?
(2) How much of
this money is still to be spent and where will it be spent?
(3) How much of
it was spent on the rail line between Miling and Bolgart?
(4) What
agreements did the government secure regarding the ongoing operation of these
lines before making the investment?
(5) Are all of
these agreements being met?
