REGIONAL RESOURCE RECOVERY CENTRE - LICENCE CONDITIONS
I refer to my previous question asked on 22 August 2006 about the Regional Resource Recovery Centre in Canning Vale. Further to the response provided by the minister, I now ask - (1) What conditions and commitments contained in ministerial statement 517 were apparently not complied with? (2) Has the proponent responded by the deadline of 28 August to the Department of Environment and Conservation’s finding of possible noncompliance? (3) If so, what, in summary, was the response? (4) What action will the government now take to resolve the odour problems affecting Leeming and Willetton residents, and when will this be done? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
