(1) Can the minister confirm that all government school teachers will have five full days of professional development before the outcomes-based curriculum framework is implemented? (2) If yes, can the minister confirm that the costs for two of those five days will be met by the Department of Education and Training and that the costs for the other three days will be paid for by individual schools from their discretionary funds? (3) Will the same opportunity be extended to teachers in non-government schools, who will be obliged to implement directions of the Curriculum Council under section 10 of the Curriculum Council Act?
