PRESTON BEACH QUARRY — PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW
1523. Hon COLIN de GRUSSA to the parliamentary secretary representing the
Minister for Environment:
I refer to the public environmental
review process for the project listed as ''Limestone and Sand Quarry Lot
1002 Preston Beach''. It is assessment 2095.
(1) Given the
public submission period for the review closed on 5 April 2022, what has caused
the delay in completing the PER process to date?
(2) Can the
minister confirm when the PER process for this project will be completed?
(3) Can the minister confirm that the PER process was
undertaken in accordance with all applicable legislative and statutory
processes?
