The Minister confirms no agreement exists due to lack of planning approvals, but an economic study supports employment claims and will be released by the City of Rockingham.

On behalf of the Minister for Lands,
I thank the member for some notice of this question.
(1) No.
(2) There are no planning approvals
in place to allow the marina to be built at this time.
(3) Not applicable
(4) Yes.
(5) The Mangles
Bay economic study forms part of the proposed local structure plan for the
Mangles Bay marina–based tourist precinct that was lodged with the City

protocol is for the city to release the plan as part of its public advertising
process expected to occur in early 2016.
