I refer to the investigation by the Department of Environment and Conservation into tree deaths in Joondalup and Stirling. (1) Is the investigation complete? (2) If yes to (1), what were the results? Following this, DEC will assess all the information by the end of May 2009 to determine appropriate enforcement action in accordance with DEC’s enforcement and prosecution policy.
