I refer to the Auditor General’s 2013 report, Delivering Western Australia’s Ambulance Services, and the comment at page 59 that a review of country ambulance services was undertaken by St John Ambulance but no report was made available to the Auditor General, and I ask: (a) did Department of Health officers conduct the review jointly with St John Ambulance; (b) does the Department of Health have a copy of the review report; (c) if yes to (b), will the Minister table the report; and (d) if no to (c), why not?
