(2) If so, from whom have these been received? (3) Will the minister give an assurance that no development will be allowed on the Blackadder Creek wetlands? I thank the member for some notice of this question. I am pleased to say that I have an answer, and I do not have any outstanding answers for Hon Norm Kelly either, who always asks his questions after giving notice. Hon Norm Kelly: All my questions are outstanding. Hon PETER FOSS: Very droll. (1) No. (2) Not applicable. (3) No. Until all necessary environmental and other investigations have been undertaken, the authority is unable to include or exclude any particular planning options. In fact, the member would be aware that if the authority were to announce, prior to receiving an application, that it would be rejected, it would probably lead to some form of legal action. (4) At this time, the authority has no programmed date for the commencement of planning work for this area.
