(1) With reference to emergency departments at public hospitals, has any emergency department at any time since January 2024 been operating at more than 100 per cent of their stated bed capacity? (2) If yes to (1), please provide a breakdown for all public hospitals of how many hours of over-capacity operation were recorded for each month of 2024 and for January, February and March of 2025? (3) If yes to (1), is there any mechanism by which the Minister for Health is notified when a hospital emergency department goes into over-capacity operation?
