(2). The survey was conducted over seven consecutive days in early 2001. (3). Main Roads had intended to conduct the survey on Cleaver Street to measure traffic volumes and speed prior to the introduction of the 50km/h urban speed limit in December 2001. However, due to a misunderstanding, the survey was set up on the adjacent Douglas Street. When this error was detected, the survey was repeated on Cleaver Street as originally intended. (4). Yes.
