I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following
answer on behalf of the Treasurer.
(1)–(2)
The state government delivered transfer duty relief as part of the 2025–26
state budget, increasing the exemption and concessional thresholds. The budget
contained $1.4 billion in additional investments to boost housing supply and
affordability, lifting our total additional investment to $5.8 billion in
recent years.
