The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises that the following amounts are for invoiced charges. The invoiced costs do not equate directly to the 12 month period i.e. 26 October 2011 - 25 October 2012.
(a) $23 536.02 (incl GST).
(b)-(c) The cost of water consumption, council rates and other tenant costs are not billed or identified separately to the tenant. These costs are aggregated in the rental account as variable outgoings. The audited statements show the individual costs (such as water consumption and council rates) for the entire property and not per tenancy.
(d) Nil. There were no gardens at the Premier's Office in Governor Stirling Tower.
