INDEFINITE-TERM PRISONERS
I refer to prisoners serving an indefinite term, pursuant to the provisions of the former section 662(a) of the Criminal Code or section 98 of the Sentencing Act 1995, which replaced that former provision. (1) Will future annual reports of the Department of Corrective Services contain information about — (a) the number of such prisoners held in Western Australian prisons; and (b) the length of terms served by such prisoners?
