TO PRISON WARRANTS
1477. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the minister's
answer on 16 October 2024 to my question without notice in which he informed
the house that 37 return to prison warrants were currently outstanding.
(1) How many of the 37 fugitives
remain at large?
(2) What is the total number of
return to prison warrants currently outstanding?
(3) Further to
(2), how long have each of these warrants been outstanding and which ones have
had details released publicly via Crime Stoppers?

Australia Police Force advise as follows.
(1) As at 12 November 2024, there
were 29.

were 35.
