BHP BILLITON — SAFETY CONCERNS
I refer to the safety record of BHP Billiton’s iron ore sites in Western Australia. (1) Has the minister had any meetings with BHP to discuss safety concerns? (2) Did the minister receive any undertakings? (3) If yes to (2), what were they? (4) What action does the minister intend to take if BHP’s safety performance continues to wane? Hon NORMAN MOORE
