CANNABIS — DRIVER IMPAIRMENT
461. Hon Dr BRIAN WALKER to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer the minister to the
ministerial working group she and her colleagues established some months ago to
examine possible changes to our driving laws in regard to the mere presence of
THC.
(1) Can the
minister inform the house which bodies, organisations and/or departments are
represented on the working group, and how many experts from which fields have
been included in its make-up?
(2) Is she able
to tell us how many times the group has met to date, please?
