I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question, which I note was submitted on Tuesday, 15 February. The answer is relevant to that date. (1) A total of 511 pastoral leases. (2) Eight default notices. (3) Default notices may address a number of issues. The eight default notices issued since 6 September 2008 have been separated into the headings requested as best as possible — (a) one; (b) four; (c) three. (4) A report prepared annually by the Commissioner of Soil and Land Conservation for the Pastoral Lands Board provides this information and copies of these are available electronically on the Department of Regional Development and Lands’ website.
