(b) will the Deputy Premier table a copy of the transcript made of the Liam Bartlett program of 16 March 2004, made by the Government Media Office; (c) will the Deputy Premier confirm that Mr Neil Winzer wrote to him directly on 15 January 2002, because his view (detailed in his letter to the Deputy Premier) was that, the public servants in the Department of Premier and Cabinet represented a block to his open and frank communication with the Premier regarding his (Winzer’s) public interest disclosures; (d) is the Deputy Premier aware of Mr Winzer’s longstanding claims of a cover-up of his public interest disclosures that he has lodged against the Public Sector Management Office, the Public Sector Standards Commission and the Anti Corruption Commission; and (e) in the context of the Liam Bartlett program of 16 March 2004, will the Deputy Premier explain why he has not responded to Mr Winzer’s request of 15 January 2002, for assistance with a path, alternative to the ‘watchdog’ agencies, so that Mr Winzer can proceed with his specified claims?
